Recover Smart As fitness professionals, we lead very active lifestyles from teaching weekly fitness classes, travelling to teach workshops and on top of that we workout intensively multiple times a week. With such active lifestyles, we need to make sure that we prioritise our recovery methods to ensure that we invest in ourselves. There are multiple ways to help recovery from ensuring you get quality sleep, good nutrition from quality sourced ingredients, daily breath work and movement. In addition to these things, we like to use bone broth as part of our weekly recovery protocol. After an intense workout, you'll want to replace electrolytes, hydrate, and provide your body with a quality source of protein.
