How It Works
TrainingThe group training sessions run in 4 weeks blocks over a total of 12+ weeks.
This is to ensure you go through process of giving your body time to adapt to the physical demands your asking from your body.
It also gives you time to learn and understand the techniques of the movements and feel the benefits from committing to the training process

ProgressWe will build on the session's bi-weekly
using different variables. Over the coming months (12 -16 weeks in total) we slowly begin to build on the training program we have designed.
Giving you greater success in your movement accomplishments, fitness and overall
well-being. |
ScheduleLive classes will be filmed so you never
have to miss a session. This way you can create a sustainable
training schedule that works for your lifestyle. Plus you will receive access to a full library
