How It Works

The group training sessions run in 4 weeks blocks over a total of 12+ weeks.​​​ ​​
​This is to ensure you go through process of giving your body time to adapt to the physical demands your asking from your body.
​​ It also gives you time to learn and understand the techniques of the movements and feel the benefits from committing to the training process

We will build on the session's bi-weekly
using different variables. ​
​Over the coming months (12 -16 weeks in total) we slowly begin to build on the training program we have designed. 
​Giving you greater success in your movement accomplishments, fitness and overall
​well-being.​​
