Michael and Natalie teaching is about strength, but also range of movement, they always finds this sweet spot, targeting these weaker muscles, or uneasy movements, forgotten by traditional training. The programs are very well balanced, targeting every part of the body, with progressions adapted to all levels and abilities. The intensity vary throughout every workout, leaving you at the end definitely tired but also very proud of what your body is able to accomplish and how much you progress from session to session.
