FREE2MOVE Mobility Class
We believe that everyone needs to understand the importance of body maintenance so you can human better. We will show & teach you the differences between mobilisation & mobility training, yes there is a difference!
In the ‘free2move’ weekly session, participants will learn to mobilise (unlock) areas of the body, then learn to strengthen these new end ranges, resulting in improved mobility.
You will take away ideas & protocols to use in your daily maintenance & implement them as daily doses that we like to call ‘movement snacks!’

Scapular/Shoulders, Hip extension, Half split abductor, Animal flow sequence, Breath work.
Floor mat, towel or pillow for knee padding.
