Stretch to Mobilse
This session is a follow along mobilisation & Stretch session that will demonstrate the benefits & importance of simply moving your body through a full range of motion. This session will draw individuals awareness to learn about their current body state (check in with yourself), allowing them to move with intention (slow & controlled) & help them to recover by entering the parasympathetic state.
