About Our Small Group Training 

Each specialised group session is bespoke programming and is designed by Kinisi Fit Ltd. This means you will not find our specialised training systems any where else.

How It Works

The specialised group training sessions run in 4 weeks blocks over a total of 12 weeks.​​​ ​

This is to ensure you go through process of giving your body time to adapt to the physical demands your asking from your body.. It also gives you time to learn and understand the techniques of the movements and feel the benefits from committing to the training process.​

We will build on the session's
​bi-weekly with different variables. ​
​

​such as reps, time, movement progression's and over the coming months (12 weeks in total) we slowly begin to build on the training program we have designed. Giving you greater success in your movement accomplishments, fitness and overall well-being .​​

Live classes will be filmed so you never have to miss a session.

​This way you can create a training schedule that works for your lifestyle. Plus you will receive access to a full library of on demand classes ranging from stretching, strength, mobility and dance sessions
