Class Description: Start building yourself up and exploring your bodies true movement potential.
This small group training session is focused on building strong foundations from the ground up. We focus on a varied movements that will improve body awareness, control & co-ordination. Training in a full range of motion to mobilise, strengthen & develop a resilient body & joints, which is important for longevity. |
